SHIPPING POLICY

At SEW Markaz, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Faisalabad. More cities coming soon — stay tuned!

2. Delivery Timeframe
Karachi: 3–5 working days.
Lahore, Islamabad & Faisalabad: 5–7 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Shipping Charges
Karachi: Free delivery on orders above Rs. 3,000. Orders below Rs. 3,000 have a delivery charge of Rs. 200.
Lahore, Islamabad & Faisalabad: Flat delivery charge of Rs. 300 on all orders.

4. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. You will receive a WhatsApp message once your order is dispatched.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Faisalabad. Our delivery partner will collect payment at the time of delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and make payment.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment through our courier partner.

7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to us. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please:

  • Take photos immediately upon receiving
  • Contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email
  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost

9. Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at the time of ordering. SEW Markaz is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

10. Delays
Delivery timelines may be affected by:

  • Public holidays
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • High volume sale periods
  • Courier delays

We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
