REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At SEW Markaz, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or refund.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) must be provided
  • Item must not be damaged due to misuse

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or installed
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Custom or special order items

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order ID and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request within 24 hours
  3. If approved, you will be given return instructions
  4. Items must be returned in their original packaging
  5. Refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via:

  • JazzCash or Easypaisa (for COD orders)

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer will bear the return shipping cost

8. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please contact us within 7 days. Exchange is subject to stock availability.
