SHIPPING POLICY

At SEW Markaz, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan including:

  • Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi
  • Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta
  • Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Abbottabad
  • And all other cities across Pakistan

For remote areas, delivery may take additional time.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–4 working days
  • Other Cities: 4–7 working days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 working days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery on all orders above Rs. 3,000
  • Standard Shipping: Rs. 200–300 (depending on location) for orders below Rs. 3,000

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across Pakistan. Our delivery partner will collect payment at the time of delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and make payment.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment through our courier partner's website.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to us. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please:

  • Take photos immediately upon receiving
  • Contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email
  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost

9. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at the time of ordering. SEW Markaz is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

10. Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected by:

  • Public holidays
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • High volume sale periods
  • Courier delays
