1. General SEW Markaz operates as an online home essentials store based in Karachi, Pakistan. We sell home decor, kitchen & dining, and household essential products to customers in Karachi.
2. Eligibility By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
3. Product Information We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
4. Pricing All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders accordingly.
5. Order Placement Orders can be placed online through our website. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via E-mail or WhatsApp. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
6. Payment We currently accept the following payment method:
Cash on Delivery (COD) — Payment is collected at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse COD for certain locations or order values.
7. Delivery We currently deliver within Karachi only with FREE delivery on all orders. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Delivery charges will be communicated at checkout if applicable.
8. Order Cancellation You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
9. Intellectual Property All content on this website including images, logos, and text is the property of SEW Markaz, backed by SEW Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability SEW Markaz shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.
